1. Application:
To Get the Best Results, It is Essential to Prepare the Wooden Surfaces for Adhesive Application Beforehand.

For Lamination, There Should Be No Machine Cut Marks, Splinters and Notches on the Surface, It Should Be a Smooth Planed Surface.

Generally, glue is applied to one of the surfaces in large amounts so that it does not overflow from the edges. For wood types that are difficult to glue, adhesive is applied to both surfaces. In order to distribute it evenly on both surfaces, the adhesive is rubbed together with the other surface and compressed until a small amount of adhesive overflows from the joints.
2. Compression
The Vise and Compression Technique to be Used is Determined According to Many Factors Such as Timber Type, Wood Content, Room Temperature, Assembly Time and Surface Quality. In general, applying pressure is sufficient until a thin glue appears from the joint.
Vise/Torture Time (Compression Time Required to Achieve Adhesion) - 20-30 Minutes for Applications at Room Temperature.
Working Time - (Ability to Move the Glued Part Without Difficulty) 3-4 Hours.
Full Balling Time (To Full Bonding Strength Time Required to Reach) 24 Hours.
3. Cleaning
Wood Glue is Water-Soluble Until It Drys.
Cleaning the Glue Before It Drys: Use a Clean Damp Cloth to Remove Excess Glue. You'll Need to Wipe A Few Times to Completely Remove Excess Adhesive. The cleaned area can be sanded after it is completely dry. Wash your hands, skin and cloths contaminated with adhesive with soap and warm water, then rinse.
Cleaning the dried adhesive: Remove the hardened adhesive on the surface by scraping it with a spatula, knife or similar. Sanding if necessary. Wash your hands and face with soap and warm water, then rinse.
Cleaning the tip of the adhesive packaging. After closing the wood adhesive bottle, wipe the tip with a clean and damp cloth to remove the overflowing adhesive. If the Tip of the Bottle Becomes Clogged with Dry Glue, Rinse the Cap with Warm Water, Then Push Back with a Toothpick and Remove. To remove wood glue from your hands, wash them with hot water and soap.
