Terms of Use and Membership Agreement

1. Scope of service

Platform; It offers product viewing, search, membership, basket, order, payment link, support, evaluation and marketplace services. The scope of the services may change for technical, legal or commercial reasons.

2. Membership conditions

The user must provide accurate and up-to-date information, use his account only for lawful purposes and maintain the security of his account. An account cannot be opened in someone else's name without permission.

3. Account security

The confidentiality of the password belongs to the user. In case of suspicion of unauthorized use, the user must immediately inform the platform. For security purposes, the platform may terminate the session, request password reset or additional verification.

4. Age and capacity

The transactions of people who do not have legal capacity must be carried out under the supervision of a parent or legal representative. Additional verification may be applied for age-limited products.

5. Prohibited use

• Using a fake identity or payment information
• Using the platform for fraud, money laundering or illegal activity
• Attempting unauthorized access to the system, malware or automated installation
• Collecting other users' data without permission
• Manipulating prices, reviews or search results
• Forcing off-platform payment or communication
• Insulting, threatening, hateful or unlawful content share

6. User content

Evaluations, questions, messages and visuals must be factual, relevant and legal. The user agrees that he/she is authorized to share the content he/she shares. The platform may remove content that violates policy.

7. Intellectual property

Platform design, software, texts, brand elements and data structures belong to the relevant rights owners.No copying, reverse engineering, bulk data extraction or commercial reuse without written permission.

8. Orders

Each order is subject to preliminary information and sales contract containing the real seller's information. The membership agreement does not replace the sales contract between the seller and the buyer.

9. Account restriction

In case of security risk, fraud, payment objection, policy violation or legal obligation, the account may be temporarily restricted or closed. The user is informed of the justification and means of objection, unless there is an obstacle.

10. Responsibility and mandatory provisions

The platform is responsible for interruptions beyond its control caused by the internet, bank, cargo, seller or force majeure, only to the extent it is legally responsible. No provision limits the consumer's mandatory rights.

11. Changes

Terms may be updated due to legislation or service changes. Important changes are announced through appropriate channels. For orders completed before the update, the provisions of the order date are taken as basis.

12. Applicable law

Turkish law is applied. Mandatory authority and application rights in consumer disputes are reserved.
