Sementa Special Varnish 500 gr Glossy for All Surfaces

SEMENTA GLOSSY VARNISH

Description: Acrylic based Two Component Glossy varnish. It is applied on Sementa Paint to increase its durability. Varnish that increases the chemical and mechanical resistance of the applied surface.

Application method: It is applied at the earliest 3 days after Sementa Paint application to increase the durability of the surface. It must be applied to horizontal surfaces and wet surfaces. Component A is mixed homogeneously in 2 parts + component B in 1 part. The mixture should be left to rest for 10 minutes and then applied to the surface in 2 layers with a silk brush or spray gun. To obtain good results, the application must be applied as specified on the product label. It can be used without thinning. If necessary, it can be thinned with 5% Acrylic auto thinner. Semanta is generally applied in 2 saturated coats. (may require 3rd coat depending on surface and color condition)  When applied to Horizontal Surfaces To increase mechanical and chemical resistance. 2 coats of Sementa varnish should be applied on top. Recommended Primers: Primer is not required for renewal use.
If desired, a water and solvent-based primer suitable for the surface can be used on new surfaces.
Thinning rate: In cases of necessity, it is thinned with 5% Acrylic thinner.
Drying: 20 °C (60% RH) first drying takes approximately 3 hours.

Consumption: 4-6 m²/kg in 2 coats
