404 Plastic Steel; metal alloys, glass, wood, ceramics, tiles, porcelain, leather, paper, etc. It is used for bonding materials. Tubes (resin and catalyst) are squeezed onto a clean surface of the same length, that is, in one-to-one proportions in volume. It is mixed until a homogeneous structure is formed.
3. The surfaces to be bonded are cleaned of oil, dust and dirt. If possible, the surfaces to be bonded are roughened with sandpaper.
4. A sufficient amount of the prepared mixture is applied to the surfaces and the surfaces are combined. The bonded surfaces are fixed until the end of the hardening period.
6. Adhesion of the surfaces is 10-12 hours at room temperature. To reduce the time, the surfaces are heated to 60-80 C and adhesion is achieved in two hours.
