Processing of card data

Payment data such as card number, expiration date and security code can be processed in the secure infrastructure of the authorized payment service provider. The platform does not store full card information except for regulatory and technical requirements.

3D Secure and additional verification

The bank or payment institution may request SMS, mobile confirmation, application notification or other verification for the security of the transaction. Failure to complete the verification may cause the order not to be placed or the payment to be deemed unsuccessful.

Provision and unsuccessful payment

A transaction that appears unsuccessful may create a temporary provision in the bank. This amount may not be a final collection and is released according to the bank's processes. Order history and bank transactions should be checked before paying for the same order again.

Currency and conversion

The currency and final amount shown on the payment screen are taken as basis. For transactions made in foreign currencies, the issuing bank may apply a conversion rate, commission or foreign transaction fee.

Money Transfer and EFT security

When the money transfer or EFT option is offered, the order number must be written in the description. Payment should not be made to a personal account not shown on the site or to a different account sent by the seller via private message.

Refund method

As a rule, the refund is made in accordance with the vehicle paid for.The time it takes for the bank or payment institution to reflect the amount to the account may vary beyond the control of the platform.

Fraud prevention

In case of suspicious transaction, inconsistent identity or address, unusual order or payment objection risk, the order may be suspended, additional verification may be requested or the transaction may be cancelled.
