Responsibilities of the seller

• Being the owner of the product or authorized to sell
• Keeping product information, price and stock correctly
• Issuing invoices and fulfilling tax obligations
• To deliver the order on time and correctly
• To fulfill withdrawal, return, defect, warranty and service obligations to bring
• Using customer data only for lawful purposes

Responsibilities of the buyer

• Checking product, seller and contract information
• Providing correct identity, contact and delivery information
• Making payment through a secure and authorized channel
• Using the product in accordance with the instructions for use
• Reporting the problems within a reasonable time and with evidence, if possible
• Sending the return shipment via the specified method. and to address

Joint cooperation obligation

Parties must provide accurate information, protect records and not act in bad faith for the resolution of the dispute. The platform may direct the request to the seller, payment institution, carrier or relevant institution, depending on the party to the incident and the concrete liability.

Mandatory provisions
