Correct listing

Title, description, brand, model, visual, barcode, variant, price, tax, stock, warranty and delivery information must be accurate. Irrelevant keywords that manipulate search results cannot be used.

Price and stock

The seller keeps the price, campaign and stock up to date. Cannot make arbitrary price increases after the order. When a system or data error is detected, the order and consumer rights are managed according to the concrete event and legislation.

Invoice and tax

The seller issues the invoice and necessary financial documents regarding the sale in a timely manner; Fulfills tax and registration obligations. The technical invoice integration offered by the platform does not take over this responsibility.

Shipping and delivery

The order is sent with the correct product and quantity, in safe packaging, and on time. Seller enters actual shipping and tracking information; It cooperates with the buyer and the platform when a delivery problem arises.

Return and after-sales service

The seller responds to withdrawal, return, exchange, defective product, warranty and service requests within the legal periods; cannot force the consumer to give up his rights and cannot charge expenses contrary to the legislation.

Customer communication and data usage

The seller communicates respectfully, accurately and on record.Insults, threats, pressure, redirection off the platform, unauthorized marketing or use of customer data for other purposes are prohibited.

Cooperation with the platform

Necessary information and documents are provided in case of audit, complaint, payment objection, counterfeit product, product safety or public institution request. Destroying records or providing false documents may be considered a serious violation.
