Who can make the notification?

The right owner, the license holder or the representative authorized to act on behalf of the right owner can apply. Unauthorized or misleading applications may be rejected.

Information required to be included in the application

• Applicant's name or title and contact information
• Document showing rights ownership or authority to represent
• Description of the trademark, work, design or right claimed to be infringed
• Product links or product identities stated to be infringed
• Concrete document explaining the cause and scope of the infringement. information
• Declaration that the information is correct
• Date and signature or verifiable electronic application

Review

The platform evaluates the adequacy of the application, may request additional documents, temporarily restrict the content and request defense from the seller. In case of clear violation or immediate risk, the content may be removed without prior notice.

Counter notification

The seller may object with an invoice, license, authorization document or other evidence showing that the product is legal and that it is authorized to sell. Submitting a false or altered document is a serious violation.

Consequences

If the violation is confirmed, the product will be removed, re-listing may be blocked and sanctions may be imposed on the seller's account. For repeated violations, the store may be closed.Legal demands and court decisions are implemented.

Abuse

The applicant may be responsible for notifications made with the aim of preventing competition, suppressing the legitimate seller or making false claims.
