• Illegal drugs, poison, explosives and illegal dangerous substances
• Unlawful weapons, ammunition and prohibited defense tools
• Human organs, biological materials and illegal health products
• Violating children's safety or personal rights Content
• Personal data, identity document, financial account or access information
• Pirated software, illegal access tool and malicious software
• Stolen account, ticket, coupon, license or digital right
• Products and content that support hate, violence, terrorism or criminal activity
• Other products whose sale or remote presentation is prohibited by the relevant legislation

Restricted categories

Additional documentation and special listing rules may be applied in categories such as food, supplements, cosmetics, medical, electrical products, children's products, chemicals, plants, animal products, second-hand products or categories with age limits. Even if it is legal, the product may not be accepted due to the platform's risk policy.

Product title and description

• Must describe the product accurately and should not contain irrelevant keywords.
• Unproven definitive results, guarantees or health claims should not be used.
• Health, performance and safety statements must be based on legislation and evidence.
• Competitor brand names cannot be used for search manipulation. The new, refurbished, display or second-hand status must be clearly stated.

Images

Images must represent the actual product, must not infringe copyright or trademark, and must not create a misleading impression of accessories or quantity.Parts not included in the package must be clearly stated.

Price and campaign

The price must be real; Fake discounts, counters that appear to be constantly running out, hidden charges or unexpected fees at the payment step cannot be used. Comparative prices must have a basis.

Stock and delivery

Products that are not in stock should not be shown as available; Estimated preparation and delivery information must be realistic. Off-platform product or payment offers cannot be made after the order.

Consequence of violation

Violated content may be removed, documents may be requested from the seller, orders may be stopped, payments may be subject to risk review and the account may be terminated. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the competent authorities.
