Who can apply?

Real person traders, tradesmen, sole proprietorships, companies and other service providers legally authorized to engage in commercial activities can apply. Additional permission, authorization or professional certificate is required for some product categories.

Information and documents that may be requested

• Name, surname, trade name or business name
• T.R. Identity or tax identity information
• Tax plate and activity information
• Address, telephone, e-mail and KEP information
• Bank account and account ownership information
• Signature, representation and authorization documents
• Company or tradesman registry records
• Brand authorization, distribution document or category-specific permissions
• Return, invoice, cargo and customer services information

Verification and acceptance

The platform can verify documents, request additional information and perform risk assessment. Submitting an application does not automatically entitle you to acceptance. The application may be rejected if misleading, incomplete or fraudulent information is detected.

Shop setup

The accepted seller completes the store name, description, logo, contact and policy information. The store name must not violate the trademark, title or domain name rights of others.

Product upload

The seller must enter accurate and up-to-date product information; must provide the necessary safety, labeling, warranty and regulatory information. Content that is copied, misleading, prohibited or that violates intellectual rights cannot be published.

Fees and commissions

Commission, service, payment, advertising, shipping or other fees are explained in the seller's contract and the panel. Fees may vary depending on category, campaign, volume or service.

Starting sales

Activation of the store; Contract approval is subject to verification, technical checks and completion of required documentation.The platform may take some products for additional review when necessary.
