Examples of requests

Authentication

Authentication is performed to prevent unauthorized access to someone else's data. Only necessary parts of the identity document should be taken; Unnecessary private or financial information should be closed.

Application for representative

A document showing authority must be submitted in applications for proxy or legal representative. Legal representatives can take action on behalf of children or disabled people.

Response time

Depending on the nature of the application, it is answered as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.If the transaction requires additional costs, the fee schedule in the legislation may be applied.

Rejection or partial response

If the application is rejected or partially covered, the reason will be explained. The applicant may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board under legal conditions.
