Automatic and manual moderation

The platform may use algorithmic risk flags, word and image checks, price or stock anomalies and user notifications. In case of significant sanctions, manual review and additional document evaluation are carried out as much as possible.

Defense and objection

In cases where privacy, security or immediate risk does not prevent it, the reason for the sanction is notified to the seller. The seller may object by providing documents and explanations.The objection does not automatically stop the emergency security measure.

Re-verification

Re-verification may be requested when there is a change in address, title, partnership, bank account, category, sales volume or risk profile. Failure to submit documentation may result in account restriction.
