It is an adhesive that can be applied in bonding processes of upper leather, textile, leather and furniture neolite sole.

When you combine and glue the damaged part, it will be like new.

Whether you sand or paint it, it will be brand new.

It is a solvent-based adhesive containing Polychloroprene.

APPLICATION :

Both surfaces of the material to be bonded are sanded.

Dusts resulting from sanding are carefully cleaned.

Possible oils and dirt on the material are cleaned with the cleaning solvent.

Derby Tube is applied once to neolite material, leather or porous materials twice with a clean brush at 30 minute intervals.

Leave it at room temperature for 15-30 minutes to ensure that the solvent on the surface of the material evaporates.

After the material is bonded, it must be pressed at least 3 bars.

Pressing time is at least 10 seconds.

Derby Tube, like all Neoprene-based adhesives, thickens below 0°.

If the adhesive in this state is kept at room temperature for 1 day, it will return to its original state.

It should definitely not be heated over naked fire.

Shelf Life:

It is kept in its packaging at room temperature for 24 months.
