How to use:

3- Stretch the strap part by stretching it using Velcro and stick it tightly to the other part.

5- It will put a little pressure on the upper part during the first use, there are two reasons for this. 1. Do not perform the walking function while using this device, it is designed only for use while sleeping at night.
